“ Gangnam Kimbob is a relatively new spot, located right next to the Ondo coffee shop, and it is absolutely worth stopping by. I ordered the tonkotsu kimbap, and it was fantastic. The portion was very generous, the vegetables were well seasoned, and the pork tonkotsu was fresh, crispy, and not dry at all. Every bite had great texture and flavor. The interior is simple and set up for quick dining. There are about ten seats, mostly counter-style seating, which works well if you just want to sit down for a fast and satisfying meal. The space is clean and casual, which fits the style of the restaurant. Service was great. The staff offered helpful recommendations, and their suggestions were spot on. I definitely plan to come back and try the other kimbap options, although I might be tempted to just order the tonkotsu again. Overall, a delicious and convenient stop for high quality kimbap. ”

“ Gangnam Kimbob served up my personal favorite gimbap in ALL of OC. I tell everyone I know about how amazing this small takeout spot is! I love how large just one piece is and how the structural integrity is solid so they don’t just fall apart. I think for the price, you will get a very filling and delicious meal with just 1 order. I always order the Bibim (my fave), Tonkatsu, Shrimp, Unagi, and Tuna. They’re fresh and made to order and there’s a small seating area inside. Lastly, service is always so helpful and friendly!
